Order Fulfilment & Timelines:
Please allow approximately two (2) weeks from the date your order is placed for fulfilment, plus shipping time (see below). Timelines begin once artwork has been approved.
Shipping & Delivery:
BrandPress Studio Ltd. is a Caribbean-based business. As our suppliers are based globally, orders are first shipped to our US freight forwarder, and BrandPress then manages delivery from there to Trinidad & Tobago. Total delivery time therefore includes production, consolidation at our forwarder, and onward shipping to the region. We will keep you updated on your order’s progress at each stage.
Artwork & Proof Approval:
All artwork must be submitted in vector format (e.g. AI, or vector PDF). A digital proof will be provided for your review, and written approval is required before we place your order. Please note that delays in approving proofs or responding to queries will result in corresponding delays to your order timeline.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds:
As our products are custom-made and branded to order, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the order being placed; after this window, orders proceed to production and are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
